OMA Small Character Inkjet Printer
The workhorse of industrial coding. OMA's continuous inkjet printer shoots fast-drying ink droplets onto moving products without any contact โ printing crisp dates, batch codes and logos on glass, plastic, metal, paper, cable and more, at production-line speed.
- Non-contact printing on virtually any substrate, porous or non-porous
- High-speed coding keeps pace with demanding production lines
- Fast-drying MEK/ethanol-based inks adhere within seconds
- Easy-to-use interface with one-touch message selection and shift codes
- Stable, industrial-grade design for 24/7 duty in food, dairy, chemical plants
Product Overview
Continuous inkjet remains the most versatile coding technology in industry โ and for good reason. The OMA small character inkjet printer deflects electrically charged ink droplets from a continuous jet, so the print head never touches the product. It can code on curved, uneven, fast-moving or delicate surfaces: beverage bottles on a filler, wire and cable on a capstan, pouches on a packaging machine, or components on a conveyor.
OMA has spent more than a decade deploying CIJ systems in dairies, beverage plants, food factories and chemical facilities โ including customers such as Junlebao, Mengniu and Donghai Grain & Oil. That field experience is engineered into the machine: simplified fluid management, automatic printhead cleaning, and a service network of 20+ engineers on standby 7ร24 hours to keep your line printing.
Key Features
- Continuous inkjet technology for uninterrupted high-speed production coding
